Yes, but the right translation for that would be something like::

    na'enai bo la xa,uai,is cu mergu'erpau co mitcinpa'i nunspe flalu
    Only Hawaii is a US state with gay marriage law.

na'enai must be attached to la xa,uai,is and not to the selbri,
as the English sentence seems to sugest.
