Pocket dictionary

After Logfest it was announced that the next book after the Reference
Grammar was likely to be some form of pocket dictionary. lojbab said:
"don;t be surprised if this is out within a very few months." Is there
any update on this?

I'd be interested to hear more about what type of dictionary this
may be -- English to Lojban or Lojban to English, whether a Lojban to
English dictionary would list words by type (gismu, cmavo, etc) or
just alphabetically, whether rafsi would be listed, whether an
English to Lojban dictionary might have sections for words related to
one another as well as a pure alphabetical list (i.e. like many
vocabulary books I used when I was at school learning foreign
languages).

The categorised style probably wouldn't be ideal for a dictionary,
but I personally think it could be a useful learning resource.
