I do this with "pu (or pu'o) le puzi nanca zemei" or ca le prulamji nanca zemoi
(or do you want bimoi - the English is vague).  Exactly 7 years, though,
might involve citsi or satci.

Some varieity of jilra, I presume.  Did you use the long-form English
dictionary on the ftp site.  It has "envies" as an entry.

(I have as yet had no feedback on the dictionary file.)
