YACC for nested preposed relatives

You haven't commented on my posting concerning the nested
preposed relative clauses. I know you are busy preparing 
the papers for publication and I DO remember the policy
concerning last minute enhancements to the grammar.
(The change I proposed would be an enhancement only as
there isn't actually anything broken.)

I'm no YACC expert but I tried to put together the changes
that would be required in order to implement the change.
I enclose the modifications (just in case | for your 
records to wait for a more appropriate moment).
